WE will visit SEUL ;)

September 19, 2024

Dear friends,

From September, Korean Air will be flying between Lisbon and Incheon, the airport that serves Seoul.

If you've always wanted to visit South Korea, but the long stopovers have been reason enough to put it off, start planning your trip. Korean Air will now have direct flights to Incheon, the airport on the country's west coast that serves the capital, cosmopolitan Seoul.

The new service starts operating on 11 September, with three flights a week - on Wednesdays at 22.10, Fridays at 22.25 and Sundays at 21.55. For the time being, flights are only scheduled until 25 October, although the company may extend the service to the winter months.

The flights, operated by a fleet of Boeing 787-9s, will last around 14 hours. They are long, but not as long as if you had to make a stopover. Tickets can already be booked and prices range from €500 to €1,000 one way. The return price is similar.

‘The new Seoul-Lisbon route represents the second direct connection from Asia to Portugal, and should boost new travel destinations not only in Korea, but also in Japan, through its connections via Seoul,’ says Turismo de Portugal, which aims to strengthen relations between Portugal and Asia with this collaborative effort between Turismo de Portugal, ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal and Korean Air itself.

Ask us for more information and let's embark on this journey, We look forward to seeing you with open arms. Fátima C. Brízio
